We are the oldest Motel in this area
We Have 12 that are Bungalow style and 2 trailers in back 10 rooms total that are running and 6 that need renovating.
All rooms have Cable TV with HBO, Refrigerator and Microwaves.
We all so have Laundry facilities for our guest to use and On the back porch we have a pop machine for our guests.
The living quarter has 2 bed 2 bath 2,000 sqf house.

Our Motel is right off HWY 14 in between Mexia and Groesbeck Texas and right across from the Ft Parker State Park.
