I am retired and wish to travel. I want a steady income without the responsibilities of being a landlord, therefore I am willing to owner finance the place for the right person,i,e, good credit. Terms are negotiable depending on credit and down payment. Being an investment proeprty I would expect 20% down, the rest we can manipulate to fit your finances.
