Description

This is an Auto Repair Shop with 6 bays, 3 in ground hoists, lots and lots of tools, separate office with desk and filing cabinets, fridge and microwave, reception area has a desk and two computers with Wi-Fi plus a printer. There is a private bathroom and a separate room (which can be locked) with shelves for storage. There is an upstairs in one corner of the building with more shelves for storage. There is a 120 gallon compressor which is situated out of the way. There is a large lean-to on the side of the building.

On the premises there is a brake drum and rotor/grinder, cuda blast cabinet parts washer, a tub with hot and cold water, transmission cooler line flusher, power hose, steam cleaner, shelves for storing bottles of oil etc. including a separate section to store spray cans. There is a ball joint press, lots of miscellaneous tools, measuring equipment as well as 5 work benches. There is also lots of windows for natural light as well as fluorescent lighting.
