I have 2 buildings for rent in Alda. These buildings were used to manufacture semi grain trailers by the previous owner. They are set up for light industrial use. Both buildings have water/sewer, 3 phase wiring, piping for compressed air, insulation and overhead radiant natural gas heat. Exterior storage for semi trailers will be included in the rent of each building.
The newer building is 4320sf (60'x72') and I am asking $1425/month rent for it.
The older building is 4000sf (40'x100') and I am asking $900/month rent for it.
